如果您在Switzerland经营或管理工作场所——办公室、商店、工地或工厂——法律要求您在员工中配备足够的受训急救员，以便在紧急情况下随时救助同事。

工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Switzerland适用的法规。

The employer must ensure first aid; the number and training of first-aiders (Nothelfer) are adapted to accident and health hazards, headcount and local conditions. The SECO commentary to Ordinance 3 (table 336-1) serves as the indicative reference for the required number. In an emergency, a first-aider must be able to be on site within three minutes.

The recommended levels (first-aider level 1 IVR for offices, level 2 IVR for trades/logistics) include in-person practice; theory may be delivered online. A periodic refresher is expected.
